About LIGATO
Ligato contains pregabalin for neuropathic pain, epilepsy and generalised anxiety disorder.
Composition
Pregabalin with excipients: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, talc and a gelatin capsule with titanium dioxide and Patent Blue V.
Indications
Neuropathic pain in adults; adjunctive therapy for partial seizures with or without secondary generalisation; generalised anxiety disorder in adults.
Pharmacological properties
Pregabalin binds the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-dependent calcium channels in the CNS. Clinical studies support efficacy and safety in neuropathic pain and epilepsy.
