Composition
One tablet KhARTYL contains 5 mg or 10 mg RAMIPRYLU. DO SKLADU medicine also VKhODIaT excipients: sodium HIDROcarbonate, lactose monohydrate, sodium KROSKARMELOZA, starch POPEREDNO ZhELATYNIZOVANYI, sodium STEARYLFUMARAT, ZALIZA oxide ChERVONYI (E 172) and ZALIZA oxide ZhOVTYI (E 172).
Indications
KhARTYL is intended for the treatment of arterial hypertension, prevention SERTsEVO-SUDYNNYKh diseases, treatment disease kidneys, treatment SERTsEVOI insufficiency and secondary prevention after PERENESENOHO acute INFARKTU MIOKARDA.
Pharmacological properties
RAMIPRYLAT, active METorLIT RAMIPRYLU, inhibits ENZYM DYPEPTYDYLKARBOKSYPEPTYDAZU, that leads to VAZODYLATATsII and reduction formsUVANNIa angiotensin II. This leads to ANTYHIPERTENZYVNOHO effect and reduction SEKRETsII ALDOSTERONU.
