Ю-ТРІП is a medicinal product intended for the treatment of acute inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis) of light and severe course.
Composition
The composition of the drug includes ulinastatin, which is a protease inhibitor isolated from human urine. Additional substances include m-cresol, sucrose, dihydrate sodium hydrogen phosphate, Twin 80, and phosphoric acid.
Indications
Ю-ТРІП is used for the treatment of acute inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis) of light and severe course.
Pharmacological properties
Ulinastatin inhibits inflammation markers such as trypsin, pancreatic elastase, and polymorphonuclear leukocyte elastase. It also inhibits the production of TNF-alpha and interleukin 1, 8, stimulated by endotoxins. Ulinastatin increases microperfusion and inhibits coagulation and fibrinolysis.
